Cancellation Policy

The number for the padlock on the gate is 1607. Please drive down the left side of the units and behind to our gates, you can park 2 cars in our yard. These sessions are entirely at your own risk and Furry Tails Dog World does not take any responsibility for any accidents during these private hire sessions, it is your responsibility to check the equipment and make sure it is safe for your dog before they use it, the equipment is for dog use only, not for children or adults. These sessions are non-refundable and we are unable to move the session once booked. Please arrive and leave promptly to avoid the unnecessary build up of customers waiting their turn. Up to 2 vehicles are permitted per session in the car park area within our yard. You must clear up all dog waste, please use the bin provided. Please ensure the security gates are closed before getting your dog(s) out of the vehicle.
