Cancellation Policy

If you've booked for Santa, please read here, anything else, see below! This is for a 5-minute slot with our Santa, you can take as many photos as you would like. You can bring up to 3-dogs, but only 1 gift will be provided, additional presents can be purchased for £1.50 each on the day. If you want to bring more, please book 2-slots togther as we will need more time to help you organise the dogs. These are not professional photographs, they are taken by a member of our team. All digital photos will be sent within 3-working days to the email address provided. It is your responsibility to ensure your dog will be ok with the type of session, remember it is a stranger in a red costume with a beard and a hat, if this is too much for them, please do not bring them! If you've booked the Prviate Hire - The number for the padlock on the gate is 1607. Please drive down the left side of the units and behind to our gates, you can park 2 cars in our yard. These sessions are entirely at your own risk and Furry Tails Dog World does not take any responsibility for any accidents during these private hire sessions, it is your responsibility to check the equipment and make sure it is safe for your dog before they use it, the equipment is for dog use only, not for children or adults. These sessions are non-refundable and we are unable to move the session once booked. Please arrive and leave promptly to avoid the unnecessary build up of customers waiting their turn. Up to 2 vehicles are permitted per session in the car park area within our yard. You must clear up all dog waste, please use the bin provided.
